LOW-FAT, LOW CALORIE SALAD

LOW-FAT, LOW CALORIE SALAD BY DR.KHURRAM FOR FRESHNESS/GLOW AND WEIGHT REDUCTION:
2 SMALL potatoes (boiled & chopped),1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt,1/4 cup chopped shimla mirch, 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber or kakri, 1/4 cup julienne strips of carrot,1/4 teaspoon salt,1/8 teaspoo...n white or black pepper.

In a large mixing bowl combine all things. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. (If the potato salad seems thick after chilling several hours, gently stir in 1 tablespoon milk before serving.) EAT IT DAILY FOR VITALITY & FRESHNESS. THIS WILL NOT INCREASE UR WEIGHT. AND WILL ALSO ADD FRESHNESS AND GLOW TO R FACE.
